About this app

Every working day on site has to be written down: what the weather did, who turned up, what arrived, and what stopped work. When a claim or a dispute lands months later, that record is the only evidence you have. Site DayLog keeps it in about a minute a day, then hands it back as a dated PDF day book.

No account. No sign-in. Everything you record stays on your phone until you choose to export it.

📋 WHAT YOU RECORD EACH DAY
• Weather stamped automatically for the site's own coordinates, shown with its source
• Crew on site — name, trade, company and hours — carried over from the last day you worked
• Plant and equipment on site, and who visited
• Deliveries with supplier, material, quantity and docket number, plus a flag for anything rejected or short-delivered
• Delays: the cause, the hours lost, and which trades were held up
• Photos attached to the day they belong to

📄 THE PDF DAY BOOK
• Cover page with the site, the client and the period covered
• One section per day: weather, crew table, hours total, deliveries, delays
• A delay summary with total hours lost, and the weather repeated beneath weather-caused delays
• Photo appendix with dates
• Page numbers and a signature block for site and client
• Any date range you choose — a week, a month, or the whole job

🔧 BUILT FOR HOW SITE WORK ACTUALLY GOES
• Copy Yesterday brings forward crew and plant from the last day actually worked, not calendar yesterday — so Monday morning is one tap instead of a re-type
• Back-fill reads the dates off photos you already took and files them on the correct days
• Works with no signal. The weather look-up is the only thing that needs a connection, and you can always type the weather in yourself
• App lock with PIN or fingerprint
• 13 languages: English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Urdu and Chinese

👷 WHO IT IS FOR
• Foremen and site managers running a 2 to 15 person crew
• Small builders and working owners who hand a daily record to a main contractor
• Subcontractors keeping their own account of delays and standing time
• Anyone who has been asked to prove what happened on site three months ago

⚠️ WHAT IT IS NOT
Site DayLog is a record-keeping tool. It does not assess entitlement, does not tell you whether a delay is claimable, and does not calculate what you are owed. Every figure in the export is a sum of numbers you entered yourself. Weather readings come from a historical reanalysis for the nearest grid point to your site and are shown with their source — they are not a measurement taken at your exact address.

💼 PLANS
Without premium: one site, three photos per entry, and a seven-day PDF export range. Diary entries themselves are never capped — a diary you stop filling in is worth nothing to anyone. Premium removes those limits, and comes as a monthly plan, a yearly plan, or a one-time lifetime unlock.

Open today's entry and let the record build itself.
