Know who holds what, and what lapses when.

CrewCertLog is a people x certifications grid for a small employer with a crew — a contractor, a restaurant, a care home, a warehouse. Every person, every ticket they hold, the expiry date, a photo of the card, and a reminder before it runs out.

■ THE MATRIX IS THE POINT
One screen shows your whole crew down the side and every certificate across the top, colour-coded: in date, expiring, expired, renewal booked, or simply not held. The holes are as visible as the entries — because "nobody here is forklift-current" is the thing you need to see before 7am, not after.

■ TWO WAYS IN
Start from a person ("what does Dave hold?") or from a certificate ("who is forklift-current?"). Tap any empty square to record that ticket for that person.

■ ESCALATING REMINDERS
90, 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, plus a reminder on the day. Regulated tickets need booking lead time, so a single late warning is no use. Book the renewal and reminders pause until you enter the new date.

■ PROOF IN YOUR POCKET
Photograph each card with the camera or pick it from your gallery. Export the whole matrix as a PDF or CSV and hand it to an auditor, a principal contractor or an insurer.

■ YOUR CREW'S RECORDS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-up. Nothing you record about your employees is uploaded — their names, ticket numbers, expiry dates and card photos never leave the device.

■ WHAT IT DOES
Crew list with role, staff reference and a colour badge. Your own certificate types — forklift, first aid, food handler, site access card, background check, or anything you type. Expiry date, issuing body and certificate number per person, per ticket. Card photos, taken with the camera or chosen from the gallery. 90/60/30/7-day and day-of reminders. Renewal history. PDF and CSV export of the whole matrix. Biometric app lock. Dark mode, 12 languages.

It does not check, verify or confirm any card with the body that issued it — always confirm with that body's own register.
