This game can be fun when it works properly. Lately, when I am receiving lives from others, they do not show up in my account. I contacted support but they never get back to you. Once I had an issue they took over a month to write back a generic response, asking if I still needed help, never even addressed the issue, so they are both unavailable and not helpful. Very frustrating.

Fun! I also like all the different item themes. Birds, plants, butterflies, cars,etc. Update: 160 levels later, and I encounter the first ad I've ever seen in this game. Why is this? I really liked this game and was so pleased that this relaxing gameplay was not interrupted by ads. Now it's after every level. Is this delayed onset a strategy to increase your chances of in-app revenue from those who have become invested and opt to pay for an ad-less game?

It's fun and easy in the beginning. Unfortunately; other reviews are correct, it becomes more of traditional pay to play game. You get through a board, you have just 1 more item to crush/get rid of, and it's 100 couns for 5 more moves. Each bundle of coins in the "store", is not cheap either. Plus the bonuses get fewer, the higher you go.(Level wise) If you want to join a team, you can get some perks. Not my thing. Could be fun but, these issues take that away.
