Marvelous Game! I've been looking for mobile games with nice graphics, clever puzzles, and an air of strangeness like Myst. XON and The Room are the best! The Room has more elaborate puzzles but smaller environments. XON is much more expansive, and its imagery is brighter and more minimalist but still eerie and wonderful. Imagine waking up on an alien world. You're surrounded by weird monuments and mechanisms without instructions, and you explore to see what you can do. It's a beautiful, fascinating experience. Try it now!
Seems good but bug ruins it For some reason after a few moments playing the screen becomes very VERY slow to look around. Moving is fine, no graphics lag but you have to swipe across the entire length of the screen to move the view just a few inches. Makes it impossible to play. If this bug could be fixed then I'm sure I'd really enjoy playing. [HTC One M9 running Android 6.0]
Spectacular My mid range smart phone runs this beautifully. The movement around the world is intuitive and immersive. Love the sounds. Does not need music. Great little puzzle - took me four times longer than it should have! Missed a clue! Will be getting episode 2. Download it you have nothing to lose - apart from time and sanity.
Unbelievably amazing graphics, but Unfortunately it was so boring i didn't even go past the first screen. You can barely hear any soonds. It needs more (ambient) sounds (adjustable in settings). With a few tweaks it could be more like Myst or Riven, where it feels like you are there. I rated it 3 stars because of the incredible graphics, otherwise a 2. However, with tweaks it could make history.
Throwback to Myst! As a kid I loved the Myst series, this game has potential to be as epic. Needs a few things in my opinion: Ambient music was a staple of Myst series and really enhanced the game. A storyline which is compelling and a human element would engage the gamer more. It's a good puzzle but what is this thing and why is it here? At least offer a clue. Great graphics and controls work fine.
The game would be better, but the control for looking around just doesn't work the way it should. Sometimes the screm moves too quickly, sometimes it moves barely an inch after running my thumb across half the screen. This happened no matter where the sensitivity setting was. This irritated me beyond belief, and I will not continue the series unless this is confirmed not to happen in the next three games. Puzzles are decent, though.
- Fixed the "fall through the floor" bug!
- More options for movement and look speed.
- Added an option to invert look direction on X or Y axis.
- The elevator indicator (the red\green sphere on the elevator base) is now a button that lowers the elevator if needed.
