Connect & Monitor
Scan for nearby breaker timer modules and connect instantly over Bluetooth Low Energy. The fleet view tracks all your devices across multiple machines, with live connection status and signal strength at a glance. The app automatically syncs the device clock on every connection.

Live Status
See exactly what your breaker is doing in real time — current state (RUN, REST, STANDBY, FAULT), countdown timer, coil current draw, and board temperature. A fullscreen operator display puts the critical information front and center for use inside the cab.

Breaker Configuration
Set on-time and off-time with one-tap presets (20/8, 30/10, 45/15) or dial in custom timing. All settings are written directly to the device over Bluetooth — no cables required.

Fault Detection
Open-circuit and overcurrent faults are detected automatically with on-screen guidance explaining what to check. The board beeps on fault and the app displays a clear restart option.

Usage History
Per-device usage charts show live session current and temperature, plus 30-day cycle history. Download the full cycle log as a CSV for recordkeeping or service diagnostics.

Firmware Updates
Push firmware updates wirelessly over Bluetooth — no USB cable, no laptop needed in the field.

Fleet Management
Manage multiple devices across a fleet from a single app. Each device stores its own nickname, serial number, and operator credentials locally.

Access Control
Up to 5 password-protected operator slots keep configuration locked from unauthorized changes. An HCT admin role controls firmware updates, log management, and serial ID assignment.
