DIGITAL LENDING - I&M BANK'S UNSECURED PERSONAL LOAN

The Unsecured personal loan is the unsecured instalment-based loan offered to existing I&M Bank customers that have been pre-scored/pre-approved to meet their short and medium term needs.
Unsecured loan features:
• Loan minimum limit amount KES 50,000
• Loan maximum limit amount KES 3,000,000.
• Processing fee Charged at 4% flat on the loan amount.
• Excise duty – 20% on the processing fee amount charged.
• Loan tenor Min 1 month – Max 60 months.
• Loan interest charged 14.8% pa.
• Credit life Insurance Fee 0.028% per month
Which customer is Eligible for a Personal Loan?
• A customer who has an active account with I&M Bank for a minimum period of six months will be eligible for a personal loan.
• An individual who is within the risk appetite threshold that has been set by the bank.
• Customer that has no non-performing loan facilities
• Customer that has passed all the eligibility business policy rules
The amount of one’s limit growth/reduction will depend on their savings and loan repayment behavior. Having a good loan repayment history, channeling your salary/Business proceeds will increase their chance of increased loan limit.
The customer’s loan instalment shall be recovered from operative/transactional account every due date.
The customer is at liberty to make early payments with no consequence to them in terms of penalties.

The past couple if days I cannot even log in!! I keep trying but it keeps telling me that I'm not able to, and sometimes the loading will take so long I get a message of inactivity and I'm told it will log out automatically due to inactivity even though it's still loading to log me into my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled and was told my credentials are wrong. I then tried calling their help line many times and was on hold for so long that I ran out if credit as well 🙄

I'd rate a zero. This is the second time, I have experienced this. Can't log in then telling me to contact customer care who aren't helpful at all. I'm in the middle of paying,so what makes you think I have the time or patience for calling you? worst banking app ever.

Latest updates are making th:is app crash and even after upgrade nothing new add only to make it crash one can't deposit cash from mpesa to the bank account infact iam very disappointed by poor app mangen;latest updates if - continues like this it will be better to forget it completely also transactions alert are taking years to be delivered even email or direct sms are had to get
