Can't use on Android. I have used iMemories for years and all of my photos and videos are on the site. With the last couple of updates I have not been able to upload pictures. I pay a yearly subscription. I have called several times and also sent emails with this concern but have never been able to correct issues. Very disappointed with this product. Working on getting all my items to a different site. I don't want to. Please fix the issues for Android users.

I've always loved IMemories app and have been using it for many years. Since the last update, though, I am unable to get the app to even open! It always says "Account is currently authorizing". Therefore, I am forced to go on the actual website and login to view my photos/videos. What is going on??? I pay annually for a service that only half works. (I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleaned the cache, and that did NOT work.). Please advise as to what I should do. Thank u.

App doesn't allow uploading videos anymore, web page glitches way too much. I will select 5 videos to upload, it acts like its uploading all of them (does the 0%-100% for ea video) then only shows one completed video uploaded AFTER I complete log out and sign back in hours later. This use to be a good company but I guess they got the money they wanted and to hell with customer service.
