[Main functions]

◆Reservation

Just follow the instructions and enter your desired conditions. We will arrange a vehicle that meets your requirements.

◆Call now

We look for a car that can be used in the shortest time when you need it on your way home from a doctor's appointment or for an emergency.

◆In-app payment

A service that allows you to use transportation without having to bring cash. You can use it by registering your credit card within the app and using in-app payment as your payment method.

◆GPS

You can see the driver's current location and use the service with greater peace of mind.

◆Nomination

You can request a reservation by specifying the company you would like to request for transportation.

It also has various other useful functions.

[Basic usage]

①Click the reservation button on the home screen

② Enter user (person receiving assistance) information

③Enter your desired conditions such as pick-up date and time

④Reservation completed

⑤You will receive a notification that your application has been accepted from a company that can accommodate you.

⑥Just ride on the day

Reservations from the second time onwards can be completed more smoothly as the previous history remains.

*We will try to request nursing care taxi/welfare taxi operators to pick you up, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to ride in a taxi.

*In-app payment is not available unless you select in-app payment at the time of reservation.
