With this application, the employees can see which periodic activities, based on the o&m document, at which properties are to be carried out. Your employees recognize urgencies at a glance and document the tasks by means of status reports or mark activities as completed with a corresponding photo proof. The tasks can be moved from employee to employee. Tasks can be rescheduled yourself. Every activity has a status ranging from “driving there” to “completed”. You will also receive ad-hoc orders on this application which will be displayed first. ImmoTrack is a digitalized and optimized work tool with real-time responses to the client.
