About this app

With Imóvel Pay, your cell phone becomes a payment terminal. Condominiums, administrators, and real estate agencies receive payments instantly, via contactless card or PIX, without renting a machine or issuing payment slips.

WHO IT'S FOR

Condominium managers, administrators, and real estate agencies that are clients of the Imóvel Pay platform and need to receive in-person payments: reservations for the party room and barbecue area, fines, individual fees, agreements, and any one-off charges.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter the amount and description of the charge
2. Choose how the customer will pay: contactless card, PIX, or payment link
3. The payment is confirmed in the app and the receipt goes directly to the customer's WhatsApp

• PIX with QR Code and copy and paste, with automatic confirmation
• Payment link sent via WhatsApp, for the customer to pay by card or PIX from their mobile phone

• Image receipt, sent via WhatsApp or shared
• Same-day refund, directly on the receipt
• Sales list with the total received, the expected receipt date, and the operator of each sale

• Sales are automatically included in the reports and reconciliation of the Imóvel Pay platform

SECURITY
Payments are processed by Zoop, a payment institution Partner of Imóvel Pay. Imóvel Pay does not store card data, and the app verifies the integrity of the device before accepting cards.

REQUIREMENTS
• Android 9 or higher phone with NFC, for contactless card payments
• Active registration on the Imóvel Pay platform with the in-person payment feature enabled. Access is done with the same user as the platform; it is not possible to create an account through the app.
