Why Not
October 26, 2020
It's a pretty decent game if all you want to do is do nothing. Once you learn the controls properly, it's just a repetitive cycle of the same movements, which can actually be a good time passer. The graphics are absolutely beautiful as well. The only real problem I have is how when you reach the part where the whale chases you, it's virtually impossible to escape.

This is typically poor design for a mobile app. When the tutorial, in giving directions, pauses the game, it's like the jerk who presses Start on the NES while jumping over a gap in Super Mario Bros: It's just a setup to ensure you fail. There's no rhyme or reason as to when and why the instructions go away. And the controls suck. Tapping incessantly is stupid when there's no correlation in movement, like with a paddle or twisting the sail to accelerate the raft with air currents. Such sleepy music for such an infuriating game. Holding shouldn't make me dive later in the game any more than it does during your stupid, incessant, never-ending tutorial. Unless the video game is intense, it should be RELAXING. Don't mobile game developers actually play a wide variety of games, or do I have to play the likes of Bejewelled to really connect with this "Arcade" game? Just what kind of arcade game would this be? Tetris and Pac-man are more detailed than this and I wouldn't struggle with the controls. Same with Galaga. It's the 21st century, everyone. Stop making garbage games that should have gone out with the likes of Adobe Flash, especially if you want me to stick around to watch your stupid 30-second ads. Controls should be RESPONSIVE, not sluggish! When I'm tapping then HOLD, I EXPECT to GLIDE off the top of the wave, not crash into a spikey bomb, which LOOKS LIKE A BLOWFISH. This is a loser game. Downgrading from 2 to 1 star.

It is very challenging even in the first level. I like that because very few games are challenging like this and in this way. If anyone is reading this download the game and don't listen to the other negative people. Also if the developers are seeing this keep up the good work and I'm excited for possible future updates.
