Screenshots pile up fast — and most of them are one-time-use: a code you needed once, a map, a receipt, a meme you sent and forgot. ScreenSweep quietly deletes them after a time you choose, so your gallery stays clean without you lifting a finger.

HOW IT WORKS
Pick a folder (your Screenshots folder), pick a timer (1 hour to 30 days, or Forever for anything you want to keep), and ScreenSweep handles the rest. Two modes to fit how you work:

• Ask mode — get a quick prompt for each new screenshot with one-tap options: keep for 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days, or forever.
• Silent mode — set one default timer and let ScreenSweep clean up in the background, no prompts at all.

NOTHING IS EVER DELETED WITHOUT A SAFETY NET
Every screenshot ScreenSweep removes goes to an in-app trash first, kept for a grace period (7 days by default) before it's ever permanently deleted. Change your mind? Restore anything from the trash with one tap.

ScreenSweep has no account, no sign-up, no cloud sync, and no backend server. It works entirely on your phone using Android's official folder permission system (Storage Access Framework) — you choose exactly which folder it can manage, and it never asks for broad "all files" access. Your screenshots are never uploaded, scanned, or shared anywhere.
