Very tricky indeed. I was advised to enter the passport ID in all lowercase (no hyphens) but ultimately ended up calling. They were helpful, and we did end up getting registered, but not without some trouble. My question now is: will it be like this if I actually have to use the app?
Very tricky. You have to enter the name exactly as it was entered the day of the test. Mine was in all caps. Hope this helps for others. It should be more clear.
Still will not work
Can't put impact id info in
So it is almost a year later and this app still doesn't work. Now I have another years code which it won't accept either! Like others said- won't accept my son's passport id even after repeated attempts. Wished it would work so I could access his code if needed. Ridiculous!!!!
Too bad Great concept, poor execution. Can't add my son's Passport ID -- the ID field is covered when the keyboard is activated and you can't scroll it up to see what you're doing. Then you think you''ve got it all in and get an error message. None of the identifier data is saved so you have to start all over and then it still doesn't work. I was hoping there was a website on which I could enter the data from my laptop but can't find one.
