Previously gave it 1 star for being completely unusable most of the time. Since the last update the login loops faced previously are no more and it works wonderfully. I have not had any issues within the last month or so since it updated. Thank you to the team for fixing it.

App constantly crashes as soon as I attempt to access a work order. Everything has to be done from desktop computer, and if you're 20+ floors up in your building working on a W/O good luck trying to refrence the order or any attachments from the app.

I have been working in impak for 7 years and the app has never worked. Honestly the whole experience with Impak is dated and never improved functionally. There are so many better property management softwares out there compared to Impak.

Our latest version incorporates the recent security updates from Google, addresses the functionalities that were previously problematic due to these updates, and eliminates the Customer App Id by utilizing the email address to access the property management portal.
