QR scanner issues. I get a message that web cam is not available. It's a mobile app and has camera permissions. Can't use the QR scanner to do PMs

Trying to get through the setup but the welcome screen takes up the whole window so I'm unable to enter credentials

Horrible app. This is needed for work yet I can't install on my work phone, personal phone or govt computer. 😐
