keeps telling me my subscription is expired but it's paid up for two months. will not send my check in. crashes all the time. sometimes there isn't even a button to press. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost count. if I could leave zero stars I would. how is it even legal for the court to allow/require this app to be used let alone make people pay for it when it doesn't work 95% of the time and may cause me to get my bond revoked?????

this app is helpful in so.many ways and the customer service is perfect and easy to explain your problem

I've had this app for a week, have not received a single notification on it, and now it won't open. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting the phone. Nothing is working. I have paid a lot less then $20 a month for a lot less garbage products.
