keeps telling me my subscription is expired but it's paid up for two months. will not send my check in. crashes all the time. sometimes there isn't even a button to press. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost count. if I could leave zero stars I would. how is it even legal for the court to allow/require this app to be used let alone make people pay for it when it doesn't work 95% of the time and may cause me to get my bond revoked?????

I've had this app for a week, have not received a single notification on it, and now it won't open. I have tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting the phone. Nothing is working. I have paid a lot less then $20 a month for a lot less garbage products.

I've had nothing but trouble from this app. From App locking up to not getting notifications. I've reinstall the app 6 times. I've called customer service 8-9 times I've only had this app 2-3 weeks. And this isn't good due to being late or missing check in could cause you the get in big trouble
