Refund Detective is a detective puzzle game set at a 1999 electronics returns desk. A customer wants their money back. Their story sounds convincing. But a receipt, a serial number or the contents of a sealed box could change everything.
Follow the evidence
Open packaging, check receipts, compare serial numbers and read test results. Connect clues, uncover contradictions and use store policy to work out what really happened. Each case is a deduction puzzle with a decision waiting at the end.
