Too many ads and I bought pro (it's literally a dollar) and it won't update my account at all. Emailed and messaged customer service about it and no response. Just use online sites at this point, this ain't it

I installed it and it kept showing a downloading user manual and just kept loading and I couldn't do anything on the screen and I even uninstalled it and installed it again and it was still saying downloading user manual.

I upgraded to pro but the app hasn't updated. Even after I rebooted and uninstalled and reinstalled.
