Extremely difficult to use. Couldn't find tickets. Finally stumbled upon them after 20 minutes of frustration. WHY DOES THIS PROCEDURE CHANGE WITH EVERY EVENT? Update May 2026. Now this worthless app won't let me login, won't accept either 'forgot my username or password' input. COMPLETELY USELESS!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The worst ticketing app, but the ONLY way to receive digital tickets, so it is a hard requirement. They want your location at all times, not just when using it. Immediately after installing the app, the login dialog kept repeating letters I had already typed -- simply maddening. It takes too many clicks to see your tickets. Then, the worst happened: by 2PM, our full day tickets stopped appeared (4 phones, 2 different accounts), and we were locked out of the terrace suites! Save a screenshot!!!

Can't log into the app using the account I already have with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. I put in the username and password and it tells me I have to use an email address...so I put in the email address that goes with my account and it tells me it's not a valid email. My tickets, parking passes, etc. are all associated with the account I have with the speedway. If I can't log into the app using that account, what good it is? (Answer: NONE AT ALL!) I can't believe the "Official App" that the pages IN MY ACCOUNT are telling me to download won't let me log in with the account I already have. It's crazy! You really need to fix this, devs. Hopefully before the next race so I can get updates about the safety precautions the track is using for us lucky 25% who get to see the race in person this year.
