iAccelerometer Capture is a simple, no-fuss app to measure and record your device's acceleration using its built-in accelerometer.

Just press Start: the app waits a few seconds (configurable), plays a sound cue and begins capturing data on all three axes (X, Y, Z), saving everything to a text file that's ready to export and analyse.
