App has issues/bugs with bill pay execution. Never indicates that it has completed the execution of the payment. Also, it would be really nice, if it provided an alert or notification of a due date for billing. Even better, make the notifications user controlled. Other than that, the app does what it needs to do.

This app never works. Can't connect, can't find account, can't load itself half the time. Hop on a internet browser and go to the website and everything works. So frustrating. Literally talking to my agent to change insurance companies because I can't take it anymore.

There a problem with signing. It would not go away. And also when I pay. It rejected it. Then I get a late charge fee.. Just pay. Hope it doesn't rejected it. . Problems!!
