Believes effective communication is the key measurement to successful Property Management and that is why we have created SPFM portal to help Property Managers run in a more effective manner as more work is accomplished, proactively serving your Association Board members, homeowners and tenants.

SPFM provides the platform to allow management staff to communicate efficiently with residents, hence resolving issues in an effective manner. SPFM is a user-based system and requires login, thus only residents of the particular community are given access to the system.

With SPFM, management staff are able to perform efficiently and in turn, reduce the operating costs for the management office.
