You guys wanted me to update my review, here it is. I can think of a few words to describe this game, NONE of them are good. I've had 24 hours bans when I've done nothing wrong, game CONSTANTLY lags and glitches, often doesn't want to come up, messages often don't go through, STILL can't send gifts to friends, and NOW, my account is restricted. WHY????? FIX YOUR GAME!!!!! And, you're now down to one star, would be 0, but the play store won't let me take the one star away.

I've been a fan of IMVU for many years. I found it back in 2015 it was such a fun game to play and meet new people on. Now it's a cash grab app and just everything about it sucks. Bombarded with ad's constantly, game have major fps lag even on my high end PC. The store now sucks, why as a male character why am I seeing female items in the male section, when I try to look for certain items they don't pop up. If you're new to this game save your money, this company has gotten greedy over the years

They keep finding ways to make their app WORSE. I pay monthly for no ads since they started putting ads in the hangout rooms, yet I still get pop ups that take multiple tries to exit out of and now they added a styling competition which the ad for THAT takes up half the screen. it's like they're trying to make it as insufferable as possible while simultaneously demanding more of your money. it used to be decent, but now it's not even worth installing.
