Ratings and reviews

App is super unresponsive. Video feed rarely actually loads. I can see the device actively connected to my 5 GHz network and sending data, but it refuses to actually connect to the stream 90% of the time. If they could fix connectivity this would be an amazing product because when it does work, the features are great at this price point.

We use this as a baby monitor and enjoy it very much as the parent at work can view the little angel remotely. :) I do wish the app had a "screen alive" feature built in to keep the screen from blanking as we use the app on a tablet next to our bed so we can watch all night, every night. I also wish the dev's would consider picture in picture so the stream can be monitored while using the phone when texting, surfing and such. Have a wonderful day :)

Was a 5 star app until they added the floating "getting too many alerts?" speech bubble that's impossible to dismiss without opening the AI chatbot and depleting the water supply of a small town so it can answer the question you didn't even want to ask, and then it just returns the next time you open the app again anyway. It's like having a smudge on my screen that I have to scroll around to actually see my event thumbnails. Get rid of that useless annoyance and you'll be back to 5 stars.
