The John Hancock CareGiver App provides approved independent caregivers a fast, convenient and paperless way to submit care sessions for services provided to John Hancock Long-term care insureds with active claims.

The CareGiver App allows you to:
· Manage care visits online
· Submit care sessions to your customer for review/reimbursement
· Access a history of your prior care sessions
· Go Paperless!

Download the CareGiver app to easily manage and track services provided to your customers. Start and End sessions to track hours of care and create daily care sessions. Each session will be sent directly through the app to your customer for a streamlined end to end process with faster reimbursement.

The latest update changed the keyboard for the log in page. Now, I can not see my clipboard, spell check, keyboard shorcuts, or any other keyboard features, nor can I copy my password from my secure folder and paste in the password field. There is no option to open keyboard settings and no option in app settings to change. This is a HUGE inconvenience and I am NOT pleased.

UPDATE 12/27/23: I agree with the other reviews. Every time I have to uninstall and re-install and change my password. For a few months they had biometric sign in but now that's disappeared and I'm back to signing in every single time. At this point it would be much faster to fill out physical paperwork but that would mean more work for my client...

While I am at Customer's home, I get multiple messages saying that it looks like I've left the home. I cannot log into the app often due to issues with the location permissions..
