The latest update changed the keyboard for the log in page. Now, I can not see my clipboard, spell check, keyboard shorcuts, or any other keyboard features, nor can I copy my password from my secure folder and paste in the password field. There is no option to open keyboard settings and no option in app settings to change. This is a HUGE inconvenience and I am NOT pleased.

UPDATE 12/27/23: I agree with the other reviews. Every time I have to uninstall and re-install and change my password. For a few months they had biometric sign in but now that's disappeared and I'm back to signing in every single time. At this point it would be much faster to fill out physical paperwork but that would mean more work for my client...

My experience with the app has been a HUGE disappointment. Too much time has been invested attempting to login without success. Each time I try my login fails. Every time I get the same response from calling for assistance: uninstall and reinstall the app, reset your password with the link emailed to you. Its ridiculous. Logging in to the website, not the app delivers the same frustration.
