Incheq is designed by industry experts who were tired of complicated cumbersome software tools. No software to install or purchase. Just sign up on a monthly basis, add the tasks, download the free app and get cranking.
We were frustrated with all the work we had to do to get preventive maintenance scheduled, verified and reported. Software available was cumbersome and time consuming. Not helpful to actually execute the work on time and not able to report easily what was done and by whom.
Incheq is built by us to remove the usual problems of getting overwhelmed with lists, spreadsheets and stuff that we don’t care about right now. At the moment we just want to see what needs to get done ✅ nothing else. Not what others need to do, not what should get done next month, just simply show me the tasks. Now.

Machine discovery
Incheq allows codes to be added to serviceable parts. When it checks the code, our machine algorithms find and connect with any tasks due for whatever reason. No searching, typing or calling anything or anyone.
Live monitoring
Managers and stakeholders don’t appreciate surprises. Is anyone on site? Are tasks being completed? Is the engineer at the right location?
Incheq can constantly monitor live interactions between engineers and serviceable items on location. Real live. Real cool.
Contractor setup
Incheq is perfectly designed to meet the needs of (independent) contractors. For a very low cost per client location. Contractors can easily setup the system, download the free android or iOS app and start reporting immediately what work has been completed. Export to data, add any information and email it! Done.
Corporate setup
Large scale operations with many clients can be accommodated without any trouble. Incheq scales without trouble to over 100.000 clients for one organization. No special configuration needed and no worry about database limitations. Data is stored isolated per client and automatically load balanced.
