Another app. Another account. Another ticket page that is impossible to find in the app. Another app that needs an internet connection at a ground that typically don't have any. Another app that can't save to Google Wallet. Tried to watch some stuff through and feeds are jumpy and low rez. Rugby trying desperately to kill itself as a sport.

Appalling. The team who designed this app have never stood outside a stadium trying to download tickets with thousands of other fans swearing about this rubbish experience. To force the app as the only channel to receive and present tickets when it's so badly designed is an extremely frustrating experience. The navigation is unclear, the endless crashes, the circular log in processes. Terrible

A massive turd of an App. It freezes almost every time making you reboot your phone. The UI is shocking. You cannot buy a pass on it. You have to use the website. When you have a pass, the App often doesn't show it (I bought 2 for the same match thinking I had made a mistake). It doesn't cast to any of my devices. The only thing it has going for it is that the website is even worse. Laughably amateur.
