QR Control Access is an application designed to digitize and automate access control in business facilities using personalized QR codes.
With this tool, you can generate unique QR codes for each visit or access, linking them to internal documents such as orders, invoices, or purchase orders, or create them independently for suppliers, maintenance visits, or interviews.

Each QR code is automatically sent via email or WhatsApp to the visitor, who can scan it upon entering the facility. The system records the entry and captures photographic evidence, as well as vehicle data if necessary, ensuring security and traceability in real time.

From the administrative panel, you can view access history, filter by date or type of visit, and download reports for internal audits. QR Control Access simplifies and professionalizes entry and exit management, providing efficiency, security, and control to your operational processes.
