Same school, different departments. A new way to group dating.

Gamyeon is a matching app for university students that is exclusively used by currently enrolled students who have verified their student IDs.

It’s okay if you don’t have someone to set you up. You can form a team with friends and apply directly to the team you like.

■ Only those who have passed student ID verification

All users must pass a student ID screening. Since only currently enrolled students with verified identities meet each other,

you don’t need to worry if the other person is actually a student at your school.

■ Choose based on introductions instead of photos

You do not upload face photos. Since you choose based only on the team introduction, each member’s role, grade, and a one-line description,

you find a team with a compatible vibe rather than being filtered by appearances.

■ Start conversations anonymously

Even if you are matched, names and departments are not immediately revealed. You chat first, and when you decide that both parties are compatible,

names and departments are revealed only after both team leaders agree.

We protect your personal information until you feel comfortable talking to each other.

■ Meet in teams

Create a 2:2 or 3:3 team and invite friends using an invitation code. Unlike a blind date done alone,

it is less stressful because you are with friends. Since you are matched with only one team at a time, you can focus on one person without being overwhelmed by multiple teams.

■ How it works

1. Upload your student ID and get verified.

2. Create a team and invite friends using an invitation code.

3. Fill out the team introduction and your profile, and add it to the browse.

4. Send an application to a team you like.

5. If the other person accepts, a chat opens immediately.

6. Talk, and if things go well, the leaders of both teams agree to disclose their identities.

7. After names and majors are revealed, schedule a meeting.

■ You can try it out first.

Once verification is complete, you can try it out alone at any time. If you do not have a team, go to "Try it out alone first" on the home screen; even if you have a team, you can access it from the MY tab or the "How to Use" screen.

You can see how the process proceeds from application to chat, identity disclosure, scheduling, and the completion of the group date in just 1 to 2 minutes.

The team shown in the trial is an example within the app; it is not an actual application, and nothing is saved.

■ Let's Meet Together

We have compiled a list of great spots near the school for group dates. When scheduling an appointment, you can select from the list to immediately check the location and phone number. You must make the reservation yourself.

■ To Ensure Safe Usage

We provide both reporting and blocking features. If you block someone, their entire team will not be visible to each other.

We review reports and apply warnings and account suspensions to inappropriate users.

We apply a zero-tolerance policy to offensive content and behavior.

· Those who want to meet someone after verifying they are a student at our school

■ Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I have to upload a photo?

A. No. This app does not have a profile picture feature. You only need to submit your student ID for verification, and that image is not visible to anyone except for administrator review.

Q. Will the other person see my name immediately? A. No. Even if you are matched and start chatting, the other person will only see your role and grade level.

Names and departments are revealed only after both team leaders agree to disclose their identities, and the meeting is arranged afterward.

Q. Can I use it alone?

A. Matching is done on a team basis, so you must have 2 people for 2v2 or 3 people for 3v3 to apply.

Please send an invitation code to a friend to help fill out the team.

However, if you have completed verification, you can try it out alone, whether you are in a team or not.

Q. Can I be matched with people from the same department?

A. No. Teams within the same department cannot see each other, and applications cannot be made.

Q. Can I avoid seeing people I don't like?

A. If you block someone, the entire team they belong to will not be visible to each other.

You can unblock them at any time on My Page.

■ User Guide

· Only currently enrolled students aged 19 or older can use this service. · Currently available to enrolled students of Chungbuk National University.

· You can withdraw your membership at any time within the app. Upon withdrawal, your account and personal information will be deleted immediately,

and exchanged messages will remain with the author's information removed to preserve the other party's conversation history.

· 혼자 해보는 체험 모드를 실제 화면과 똑같이 맞췄어요. 버튼 위치와 순서가 실제와 같습니다.
· 채팅방의 약속·가게 표시를 정리하고, 키보드가 올라올 때 화면이 어긋나던 문제를 고쳤어요.
