About this app

IndiCab Rider is the official driver application for approved drivers using the IndiCab platform. This app is intended for drivers and is not a passenger ride-booking application.

Drivers can use the app to:

• Register or sign in to their driver account
• Submit personal, vehicle, bank, and verification information
• Upload required driver and vehicle documents
• Set their availability as online or offline
• Receive nearby ride requests
• Review pickup, destination, distance, and fare information
• Accept or reject available ride requests
• Navigate to pickup and destination locations using supported navigation apps
• Contact riders when required during a trip
• Update ride progress from pickup through completion
• View completed trips and ride history
• Review earnings, ratings, wallet balance, and payout history
• Receive ride and account notifications
• Update profile information or delete the driver account

A driver account must be reviewed and approved before ride requests can be accepted. Availability of rides and individual features depends on the driver's location, service availability, account status, and configuration of the IndiCab service.

Location access is used to show driver availability, identify nearby ride requests, provide live trip updates, and support navigation. Background location may be used while the driver is online or completing an active ride.

Phone access is used only when the driver chooses to call a rider. Notification access is used for ride requests, trip updates, and account-related information.
