About this app

The Indian Railways has developed a RBMS mobile application for monitoring the progress of construction & provisioning of amenities along with redressal of grievances related to upkeep, repair & maintenance of the barracks meant for RPF/RPSF personnel.

The RBMS app provides a facility to the RPF/RPSF personals to submit their different complaints against the barracks amenities and facilities to the concerned department, the department will investigate the complaint/case and update the complainant with the necessary action taken.

This system pertains to maintenance of details of complaints received, the status of the complaints and action taken to resolve those complaints. This system allows you to implement effective, timely solutions to any complaint. It provides fast and accurate information to help management make meaningful and effective decisions.

The objective of this application
This application helps to upgrade facilities in Jawans Barracks and can track their living barracks maintenance, amenities and new construction status in real-time that will be monitored by the office of MR. PS/MR
