I booked a car online with Indigo Car Rental, and after completing all the document verification, my order was confirmed by them. However, after that, they made me go to different branches for nearly four hours. I called each branch, and every branch said the car was not available. They didn’t even provide the car I booked online. If that’s the case, what is the point of having an online booking option? In the end, they just left me frustrated. I am very disappointed — it was a very bad experie

Very bad and slow service, personnel very unprofessional and they charge hidden costs on deposit which nobody inform you in advance. Also, very long time for getting the deposit back. To make things worse, if you don't initiate it yourself, you will never get it back. Eventhough it ahould be automatically refunded. Only reason I'm giving a second start is relatively cheap price of the rental. All in all, I will look elswhere for the next time I need a rent a car.

Very disappointing experience. Everyone should carefully inspect all sides of the car before accepting it. The charges for minor damage were extremely high and unreasonable, and the pricing felt unethical. If you choose a lower rental amount, be prepared for surprising extra charges at the time of return. The final bill was nothing like what was expected. Due to this experience, I don’t think anyone would want to rent from this company a second time. I definitely won’t recommend.
