Very bad and slow service, personnel very unprofessional and they charge hidden costs on deposit which nobody inform you in advance. Also, very long time for getting the deposit back. To make things worse, if you don't initiate it yourself, you will never get it back. Eventhough it ahould be automatically refunded. Only reason I'm giving a second start is relatively cheap price of the rental. All in all, I will look elswhere for the next time I need a rent a car.

Pesonal accident insurance is mentioned and selective on the application and when i selected and ready to pay for it, they messaged me Mentioning it is a glitch on the application and it is not cover and will be removed from the booking... I believe if it is a problem, they should solve it on the application not message ppl after start reserving and wast out time

I rented a car for a month and paid for the whole month in advance. I returned the car after 27 days, and the employee confirmed everything was okay without mentioning any penalty for the early return. the next day the company informed me that it had revised the price, saying I owed double price of the car because I returned the car three days early. And they blocked my security deposit. They also categorically refused to provide a car for the remaining 3 days to avoid the penalty. No one inform
