I booked a car online with Indigo Car Rental, and after completing all the document verification, my order was confirmed by them. However, after that, they made me go to different branches for nearly four hours. I called each branch, and every branch said the car was not available. They didn’t even provide the car I booked online. If that’s the case, what is the point of having an online booking option? In the end, they just left me frustrated. Very bad and slow service, personnel very unprofessional and they charge hidden costs on deposit which nobody inform you in advance. Also, very long time for getting the deposit back. To make things worse, if you don't initiate it yourself, you will never get it back. Eventhough it ahould be automatically refunded. Only reason I'm giving a second start is relatively cheap price of the rental. All in all, I will look elswhere for the next time I need a rent a car.

I experienced very bad service from the Khalidya branch, especially from the staff member named Tahir. I made a booking on 01/11/25 for the next day, and it was confirmed in the app. However, when I asked in the evening if the car was available, they said it was not. When I asked why the booking was accepted in the app and why there was no communication beforehand, they replied, “We are like this and our service is like this if you don't like cancel it. kindly do not choose this car rental
