Too bad. How can anyone can give 5 stars? This app just too bad. The UX is terrible. There are so many things that you cannot click. And at My Shipment section, you cannot see anything. The filter is laughable. Progress or Selesai, if you need to see Selesai part, next page, then you will find Progress again. And mostly nothing showing. You need to exit the app, and start over again and again. This app is just too bad.

What a disappointment! My internet connection is stable, location services is on, and I grant location permission to the app, BUT the app just won't find nearby JNE address. It says: "Maaf saat ini transaksi sedang mengalami gangguan silakan ulangi beberapa saat lagi!". I exit the app, trying other apps that required data & locations and all other app work as intended. I guess this JNE app is just buggy and unstable, I even waiting few hours to try again, yet it still stuck with same error!

Very confusing system and the app isnt useful. Leading to customer suspicion due to unclear unsyncronized system in using the app, courier pick up and tranparency in cost calculation. The customer care line is not helpful either - trying to throw back the problem to customer to find her own way to solve instead of tracking it.
