The app received an update, and since updating, I haven't been able to use/redeem vouchers.

First of all, it is a very bad app, a lot of improvements need to be made. For example, it is very slow, requires repeated login with OTP, and does not work most of the time. The payment option needed to have a payment system with transaction ID/voucher enabled.

A simple system has been unnecessarily made complicated. Now, we're facing multiple issues just to make a single payment. There's frequent trouble adding money from Trust Money, and even making payments through this app is problematic. It often gets stuck on a blank screen with just "Payment Gateway" written, without showing any payment options. Overall, it's a terrible experience.
