The application ia good but the collector is sucks. They could call you more than 3 times a day just for reminder to payment while the due date is more than 3 days. The collector can call you every 5 minutes at the payment date which is really annoying. Please train you staff better and the system should be better. Not recommended!

Yes no wonder so many people complaint with this apps. Their account being suspended suddenly with silly reason Even though I've used quite a lot of transaction here, and after I paying all the bills in advance , i was suspended. I don't get it why they suspend account who want to paid off the bills and with good track. Very not Recommend. Do you think that I have'nt send email to your CS? Silly and unclear respond from your CS. You can track my name on your data !!

No wonder so many people who use this application complain that all the sudden their account being suspended for no reason while they always pay on time. And now it's my turn, with silly reason that i'm not qualified to use the app and got blocked. I've never late on payment, i always pay on time. Sometimes, eventhough i already pay. Their collection still calling without checking. Not recomended, so dissapointed👎 you're supposed to help people who need help financially, not taking advantage.
