How Service App Works:

Open the app to access real-time information on the rider’s vehicle, including battery charge level and wallet balance.

Identify and resolve on-field issues, such as unlocking batteries for riders and issuing batteries to vehicles.

Assist riders by unlocking batteries, allowing them to swap and continue their journey seamlessly.

Validate and provision keyfobs to ensure secure access to swapping stations.
