The application crashes as soon as one confirms the order. Additionally, it gives the option of delivery for the designated place, but after working through the order, if refuses to place the order. The call centre is of no use, as the representatives say such and such deals are unavailable.

the app itself is fine, only deleted it because it does not have an online payment option, which is what I primarily use. It's better to order from the website than use an entire app for it.

I ordered a large hot n sour soup from ginsoy app, my order total was 1221 rupees, but when rider came he showed me another bill with amount of rupees 2060, when I showed him the app, he agreed and took 1221 RS, but after reaching branch he called me and asked me to pay extra 500 rupees, and send a third bill of amount 1721 rupees otherwise the manager is forcing the poor rider to pay these extra 500. What the hell they are doing! Ginsoy north Nazimabad is totally a scam. Not recommended at all.
