Worst experience we had. Didn't receive the order till 2hours and at the had had to cancel it by ourselves. The manager called and didn't even knew our order and made excuse that the fast food that you ordered is not available after 1:30 hour but that item wasn't even what we ordered he said that he'll call back but not picking out call again.

They delivered spoiled frozen samosas. When I complained, they called after two days but offered no real explanation—just an empty promise to resend the order. It’s now been 15 days, and I still haven’t received anything. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. It clearly shows they’ve hired people who do nothing but make false promises, assuming that meaningless talk will somehow resolve serious customer issues.

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD TO PLACE AN ORDER. Three days ago, I placed an order with multiple items. Later I received a call from their Johar Branch saying half the items weren’t available so they canceled my order. I’ve been trying to get my refund since, but their helpline is unhelpful as they use a third party for orders. Representatives keep saying the issue is forwarded to their main office or the branch, but no one contacts me.They also mentioned a 15day refund policy that isn’t on their website
