About this app

MeterStudio is a read-only field tool for authorised operators using supported Indotech DLMS electricity meters.

Connect a compatible USB optical probe, check the meter and download its available data. Review saved downloads later without a meter connection.

The app requires a compatible Android USB-host phone, an approved optical probe and the correct meter read credentials. Bluetooth is not used. Support is limited to the tested meter profile and device combinations; not every meter exposes every data category.

Meter downloads and credentials are stored on the phone. This app has no ads, accounts, cloud sync or in-app purchases. It does not change meter settings, generate PDFs or extract CMRI data.

This initial internal-testing version is for authorised testers only. Keep the app visible and the screen on during meter downloads. Meter-side date selection and some interruption/reconnection scenarios are still under validation. Saved attempts remain separate, including incomplete downloads.

What’s new

Fixes billing download interruptions on the tested Indotech V1.01 meter.
Connection status, download scope and the primary action now appear together above recent downloads.
General non-Indotech DLMS downloads remain pending; custom profiles support connection checks only.
Screen-off and disconnect recovery still need field verification.
