The app is very clunky. It is basically a carbon copy of the website. It logs you out constantly. just give me an app that displays the QR code. Can't even screenshot the QR code. look at any other countrys visitor passes and just copy them please 😭🤣 - Edit, I'm in the (long) line at Pompeii right now, you have to wait to use this QR code to scan instead of paying, what's the point of this app 🤣 the train instructors were less than empathetic with the apps horrible buffering times too 😅

As others say, this app constantly logs you out and auto fill does not work in it. What's worse, if you have ANY problem with the pass itself, support is non-existent. Garbage

The 3 day Artecard is very good value and certainly saved us money, but the app has a serious problem - you can't use the travel passes off line. So, every time you go down into the metro, it won't load. We had to go up, find a signal and hold it open until we'd got through. Secondly, the barriers don't read a QR code, so someone has to let you through. If there are no guards you have to climb over the barrier! (as we did!)
