FLUDIS lite records all parameters required under TRGS 611 and DGUV Rule 109-003—including pH value, concentration, nitrite, and other relevant indicators—directly on the machine.
The app is designed for daily use in industrial production environments and supports the accurate execution of planned, recurring measurements.

FLUDIS lite also provides a range of powerful features to support efficient workflows directly at the point of use. Machine components can be reliably identified using barcodes, QR codes, or RFID tags. Planned work orders are processed in a structured and traceable way, while unplanned work orders can be documented flexibly using condition values. A clear and filterable overview of all pending work orders helps teams prioritize and stay organized.

During work-order processing, the app immediately alerts users to limit violations. Photos can be captured directly on site and assigned to the corresponding work order.
Stored documents can also be opened and viewed directly at the point of use, providing immediate access to workflows, safety instructions, or technical specifications.

The FLUDIS lite App is part of the FLUDIS lite System and requires the appropriate user access.
