About this app

IndustryPrime for Android is the mobile companion to the IndustryPrime procurement and inventory platform used by manufacturing businesses.

IMPORTANT: This app requires an existing IndustryPrime account issued by your company. It is not a
self-service product and you cannot create an account from inside the app. If your organisation does not

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Approvals on the move
Review and act on the documents waiting for you, without opening a laptop:
• Purchase Order approvals
• Indent (purchase requisition) approvals
• GRN (goods receipt note) approvals
• Item approvals
Each document opens to a full detail view with line items, quantities, rates and remarks, so you can make
a decision with the same information you would have on the web.

A dashboard that tells you what is pending
The home screen shows live counts for everything awaiting action — pending indents, PO approvals, indent
approvals, GRN approvals, item approvals, and items that have crossed their reorder level. Tap any tile to
go straight to that queue. When nothing is pending, it tells you that too.

Raise requests from the floor
• Create an indent — pick items, set quantities, add remarks, and submit for approval
• Create an RFQ (request for quotation) from selected line items

Look things up in seconds
Search your item master and check current stock, so you can answer a question standing at the shelf
instead of walking back to a desk.

Quality checks
View QC results for received material and compare readings across an item's inspections.

BUILT FOR HOW FACTORIES ACTUALLY WORK
• Works on modest hardware — the app is built to stay quick on entry-level Android phones
• Tolerant of patchy connectivity, with a clear offline indicator and automatic retries
• Recently viewed data stays available so screens are not blank while the network catches up

PRIVACY AND DATA
The app collects only what it needs to sign you in and show you your work: your name, email address,
mobile number and account identifiers. It does not use advertising identifiers, contains no advertising,
requests no access to your camera, location, microphone, contacts, photos or files, and shares nothing
with data brokers. All communication with our servers is encrypted.
