There aren’t many reviews yet to form a fully unbiased consensus, but the concept alone deserves 5 stars. Some girls may dislike clubs being selective, but this is a look-based industry, so that reality already exists with or without the app. What Pole Positions does well is make travel dancing easier, club scouting more organized, and communication more professional. I also love the social aspect. It feels like a hub built specifically for dancers and clubs, almost like a niche Facebook.

Every time it asks me to take a selfie, I try. And every time, it kicks me out of the app and back to the beginning. I've redone the process 3 times and it still won't let me proceed or apply. My app is updated, I made sure

Facilitates immediate discrimination. I wouldn't even bother with it if I could do it over again. Just drop in the club. If a club won't take you without using this app then the club isn't worth it. And most clubs aren't even on it anyways and many comments on Reddit say that some clubs are starting to drop it, probably because of the fact they're losing out on good performers due to the ability to make instant snap discrimination based off of data rather than traditional human interaction
