Ratings and reviews

I've used both the old and new versions of the app. The old one was compact, intuitive, and easy to navigate. In the new app, I spent 5 minutes just trying to find how to transfer money from my current account to my card. The old Transfers section had all transfer types in one place. Many banks are making their apps look alike, but that often adds complexity. Please keep your own simple, user-friendly design instead of following this trend.

UI design needs refinement: Spacing and buttons are too large—old version showed accounts/cards on a single screen without endless scrolling. More clicks for basic tasks: Copying an account number used to take one long-press. Now it requires scrolling, tapping the account, opening details, and clicking copy. Missing features: Can't find InecoPay or Payoneer. Positive things:Merging currency exchange directly into the transfer flow is a great change that saves time. Spendings tab is a good update

Ineko client for 10+ years and I've to say this is a VERY BAD app!!! Not intuitive, with big buttons, everything is hidden and messed up! For getting an info you've to scroll-click several times. In the old app, everything was compact and visible. It was possible to export the transfer as a PDF and sent to anyone! Bank account's numbers (cards, current, savings, AMD/USD/RU), everything was fitted in one screen, and you could copy or see everything at once, without the need to scroll or click.
