iTrace enables logistics service providers to report supply chain events and incidents in real time - as well as many other features - via their mobile device. iTrace communicates seamlessly with Alpega's suite of Transport Management Solutions as well as other integrated systems. Stakeholders up and down the supply chain gain visibility of their Transports.

iTrace is also available on other platforms - as well as conversational apps where no Installation is required.

iTrace offer amongst others the following functions subject to the principal's licensing:
- Receipt of transport requests through scanning of transport papers
- Receipt of digital transport requests with detailed digital assignment list
