Moving into or out of a rental? ÜbergabeCheck turns guided photos and confirmed details into a clear rental inspection report and property handover PDF.
Record the condition of an apartment or house room by room. Document defects, visible damage, meter readings, keys, participants and shared notes. The result is an organized apartment condition report for tenants, landlords and property managers.
How it works:
- choose move-in or move-out and add the rooms
- photograph room overviews, floors, walls, windows, doors, radiators and outlets
- take multiple photos in every category
- dictate or type observations, then review the neutral draft
- photograph electricity, gas, water and heat meters; confirm every OCR suggestion yourself
- record key quantities and an optional security deposit note
- check completeness, collect both signatures and create the PDF
- compare move-in and move-out photos with neutral wording
Local-first and privacy-conscious:
Inspection data, photos, signatures and PDFs stay in the app’s private device storage. No account is required, and the app contains no ads or proprietary analytics tracking. Optional on-device AI helps rewrite observations in neutral language. Every AI and OCR result remains a draft until you approve it. The AI model is a separate download and requires additional device storage; a local fallback works without it.
Clear, structured records:
The report includes a document ID, version, date, time, room conditions, photos, confirmed meter readings, keys, notes and signatures. Later edits create a new version. You can complete the inspection and preview without an account; final PDF export is offered as an in-app purchase.
