Save your contact cards for the patients on your tour with their personal information (such as address, telephone number, patient history and treatment to be performed).
You can add and pin appointments or documents for a patient which will be quickly accessible to your colleagues through the News page.
CARE RECORDS:
Check off and manage all your care every day in the care feed for your patients. Constants, medications, care all linked to times and frequencies of passage. A detailed history can be viewed and exported.
TRANSMISSIONS:
Create quick written, audio or photo transmissions every day for each of your patients. They will be visible to all your work colleagues, and will allow you to note important data to report to them and thus improve patient monitoring.
Sharing transmissions allows all team members to be aware of the follow-up and not just the one who takes over the next day.
The advantage of keeping a history is to give new nurses previous transmissions and all of the patient files already recorded when they join the round.
SCHEDULE:
The online schedule allows you to see at a glance your working days as well as who will take over the next day. You will receive a notification when you are added to the schedule.
