Very Disappointed.... I have this app for about 12 years. I recently purchased a new cell but apparently the team there now cannot get my Slot Bonanza app to the correct settings so that I can accumulate my VIP bonuses at my level. I have written to get a reply, but no resolution. They just left me hanging without any reply now. A few years ago, I had to switch cell phones quite a bit, the group that was there was able to keep switching my status over to the new device without any issues.

Oh well, not so much fun anymore. I lose most of the time now. Especially since they lowered how much you win in the games with 9 lines. Sometimes i play for hours, no bonuses, no flying sacks. And they make the games worse when you tell them about it. I lost most of my coins, and then I bought the wrong gempack and now not able to get refund. Not from Google and not from Joyvoo. Sad. No more in app purchasing for me. Google said they will investigate. So lets see what happens.

I love this game! I had problems and had to update this game and then I could not get in to the game, I sent 2 emails for help, I have been playing this game for years and was up over 1100 or more levels and got no response, so I tried to uninstall,and install and lost everything, really pissed off! !!! But now back up in levels and enjoy it every day. 100% recommend.
