This app is always messing up. It never works right! I'm forced to use this app from my company to watch videos and the videos are constantly freezing up or never let me get past the first question. I have reinstalled the app several times and it doesn't fix it. What a waste of time to watch outdated videos that I have seen many times.

I've been using this app for a year and have never had it take a clear picture on the first try. Sometimes I have to take 7 or more pictures before it takes a usable shot. It doesn't matter if I have 'auto-frame' turned on or off. I will have it clear in my screen and when I take the shot it will cause the camera on my phone to zoom out quickly and then take the shot causing it to be blurry the MASS-majority of the time. This is ridiculously frustrating. I don't have time for this. Please fix

The app can't tell if your volume is muted, and then gives you the answers to every question after a failed test. Therefore it's possible to start a video while your phone is muted, go watch TV, put random answers into the test, get all the correct answers given to you by the app, replay the muted video again, and get 100% on the second testing. The app is essentially useless as a learning tool. It would be far better to simply allow only one attempt at each test and record that score.
