Pick your board and the modules you're actually wiring, and the planner merges them into one wiring plan: a clashing pin assignment is moved to a pin that can still do the job, I2C address collisions are flagged, 5 V parts on a 3.3 V board are flagged, and the pin map for your sketch is generated at the end. Every module page is correct on its own — three of them can still all say D9.
