ABOUT BUS - most of the times i travelled from om sai ram ngpr to sgr bus...bus staff is good and very helpful in nature and but will reached to your location on time two stars for Bus...ABOUT APP- App isn't working properly....there is error comes while filling the name in the text box of "slection of destination city" the drop down option of "selection of destination city " is not working properly .....kindly request to app developers please it as soon as possible..only one star for app

Useless app, Worst experience of booking, and services, My payment first I booked but not reached to payment, and again same seat looking booked. Second time I booked after 1 hr, payment got deducted but tickets not booked. I called customer care, Bhopal. It was wrong no. Than I called customer care Sagar, He said, money will be refunded within 10 minutes, but I am still waiting from 1, Everytime I ask them, Everytime they say, wait for 10 minutes.

no coupan code in this app service is bad. bus condition is so bad. Bus conductor over booked the seats and give seat at gallary. in this way other passenger faced trouble.
